I don't see it as wasting money, and unfortunately I haven't started collecting vinyl, even though I know I should.
I have way too many CD's, though.

ah yeah thats the acoustic EP. my favorite of their good stuff, i think.
also, anyone who thinks records (only dumb newjacks call records "vinyls") are a waste of money is a retards. yes, it is a waste of money to support bands you like and have music you are into. such a waste of money.

i think we can all agree that buying records is not the only way you can support bands. i book a lot of fucking touring bands and not just shows where i know i'm going home with money in my pocket. i lose a lot of money for this fucking scene. and i have records and i have cds and i have band shirts. i don't think anyone on this thread that i know personally doesn't support music. esp. stuart.

to not support music.
Thats actually harder than one would believe.
that would consist of
NEVER paying to get into shows. NEVER buying merch
and for me personally, i cant just not pay to goto shows.
and i couldnt imagine living life without going to shows.

eh paying for shows doesn't always help bands out. there's a lot of shitty promoters around.

eh paying for shows doesn't always help bands out. there's a lot of shitty promoters around. don't blame all promoters. theres some shitty venues out there making it hard on promoters to have cheap shows & pay bands correctly.

BTW if you're not drinking yet i suggest you buy yourself a drink or two and tip your bartender for supporting alcoholism..... ugh "Charlotte Underground".

i don't promote drinking or anything, but if you attend the milestone, you should at least buy a soda or some sort of drink. neal normally gives promoters more money from the door, i personally know this happens but i can't say anyone else does it.
