Broke out the '64 for Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Possibly the best game ever i've never understood why people say this. navi is about the most annoying thing i've ever had to put up with in my entire life. castlevania SOTN kills this game

Minus navi, the game gets better. I ignored the little prick after the first 5 minutes, but you gotta give it up for Zelda. castevania is also pretty sweet though.. but i'd say some of the best games are on '64. Goldeneye, Super Mario, Zelda, Super Smash Bros..

I love fallout 3. Period. i've beaten it 7 times. 7 fresh characters. i just found all the bobbleheads today, now i'm trying to finish the last side mission that i just can't seem to beat. i can't find 30 fucking nuka colas. and then i don't even think thats the end of the quest when i do find them. shit pisses me off

That's impressive. I've only played through the entire game twice now, but constantly go back and change stuff (like blowing up the giant bomb, getting good karma, ect ect ect) to see what different direction it sends me. Props for finding every single one of those fucking bobbleheads.

I have the hardest time finding shit on Fallout 3. I've been looking for Galaxy radio forever and I think I'm finally close to actually finding it.

the bobble heads are all actually pretty easy to find except for the one in raven rock [because you only go in there once during the whole game] and the one in the armory bunker because you need the five holodecks to get inside.
this game is full of fucking insane shit. one of the terminal entries in one of the many buildings in downtown dc is exact lyrics from a fear factory song and the author of the terminal entry is "B. Bell". found that kinda funny.
the alien blaster in the middle of a alien space crash... abraham lincoln's entire outfit and rifle [most bad ass rifle in the game]... and i mean... the railway gun?!!? come on. you can't tell me its not exciting being able to permanently attach peoples head and limbs to the walls behind them.
i also found out that female characters have a much easier time dealing with the locals. people tend to not be so scared or threatened by a female, and you can also sweet talk most of the men into doing favors for you.
i am seriously a nerd to this game, its all i've been playing since october with random trips to rockband and guitar hero.
i wish there was some way to interact with others online... at least something similar to fable at least.
hell, theres still over half the locations on the map i haven't visited yet.

abraham lincoln's entire outfit and rifle [most bad ass rifle in the game] I agree completely. The game is HUGE. Did you hear about the Alaskan expansion pack they're coming out with? Just like it, except over fucking Alaska. This game has had all my attention since I bought it months ago. You can spend an endless amount of time playing it and still find something new. Railway Rifle rocks, and so does the Shish-Ka-Bob. Flaming sword, i mean come on! It's tough, between Fallout 3 and playing Nazi Zombies on COD: WAW... Have you seen the new release for Prototype? Looks sick nasty as well.

At first, it looks like it might be becuase you're in the Vault. To make a long story short, the Vault sucks. Get out ASAP and then you're on your own to free roam and let the story play out however you really want it to. There's basic things you have to do like go to Megaton City and to other cities, but there are tons of side-quests and different options. This game owns, and I'd pay any amount of money for it.

basically whereever you end up wandering to, theres some kind of story for you to become a part of. everyone in the world has their own thing going on and you can choose to help or to go as far as to just kill everyone in the area and walk away like nothing happened.
as for the alaskan expansion, its already out, it has been for over a month and a half now. its just extra side missions and extra weapons. i got it and beat it in the same day, but the effects of it on the game are everlasting. its just another simulation within the game itself.
it rules. download the expansion. you get a sweet power armor you don't have to be trained to use and it never wears out.
you also get a gauss gun, uses those retarded microwhatever cells. usually a one shot kill on most humans with the distance of a sniper rifle.

So I got GTA: Chinatown wars for the DS. I have to say that this is one of the best games I have ever played. The missions are so much fun. The camera works really well, you get that old school overhead view only this time with 3D environments. You can buy and sell drugs now and they have added a bunch of different mini-games. So far my favorite mission is one where you have to steal an ambulence and carry this guy who is in cardiac arrest to the hospital while being chased by the cops. At the same time you have to keep restarting his heart while doing so....shit is so intense and one of the most ingenius missions I have ever played in the series. If you have a DS then pick this game up, it honestly does not disappoint and is a welcome addition to the franchise.

Sounds gnarly I heard they are planning on releasing a GOTY edition that includes all expansions, much like they did with oblivion. I may just wait for that to come out.

So aside from working on the Sega Collection for the 360, I am also playing Star Ocean 4. The Star Ocean series is IMO the best JRPG series out there. If you havent played any of them then check them out. You can get a remake of the first 2 on PSP, and you can get the greatest hits version of 3 for the PS2. The 4th one is 360 exclusive. Check them out if you are looking for a fun RPG to play.

this could probably go in the E3 thread but video games in general are about to be nuts. did anyone see the xbox live video of project natal? and sure as shit, theres TWO halo games coming out, not just one haha. but modern warfare 2 looks like its actually gonna kick ass. its not some stupid bullshit war game, it seriously looks like its gonna be some fuckin mission impossible type espionage shit with insane fight scenes. and a real fucking story line, thats what i'm talkin about.
btw did anyone play 1 vs 100 last night live on xbox live? its a new game show where you actually download it for free and play the game as part of the crowd, part of the mob or as "the one" guessing trivia and current events questions just like the actual TV show. live hosts and commercials and all that jazz. it was probably the most intense non-action game experience i've ever seen. you can only play it based on the schedule, just like if you were to watch the TV show. its currently in beta so you can't win any prizes yet, but they're gonna be giving away 5000 bucks worth of electronics and every round you can win up to 10,000 microsoft points.

ive been playing UFC Undisputed. that game rules agreed! has anyone seen the video preview for the new "project natal" system for xbox? its this motion and audio capture device you hook up to the 360 and it does away with the need for any kind of physical controller. you don't have to have any knowledge of video games, they said all you need is an understanding of life itself. like if you can live your life, you can easily participate. the videos i saw were fucking crazy. i can't wait to see how well it works.
